DescriptionP. 7 The Reagan Administration's efforts to thwart enforcement of Affirmitive Action regulations within Federal Government Agencies struck close to home recently. Mr. James A. Matthews filed a discrimination complaint in 1983 alleging discrimination at the Syracuse Postal Facility. After a finding in which anAdministrative Law Examiner upheld Matthews charges, the Regional Postmaster General overturned the decision. Matthews is appealing.
