DescriptionGreen, catalin, anchor shape with small thermometer, fabric tassel, and "Los Angeles, California, City Hall" embellishment attached. As a souvenir, set in original packaging, it has a suggested postal box cover for item to be mailed. Catalin was a trade mark name of the often brightly-colored phenolic made by The Catalin Corporation beginning in 1928 and especially in the 1930s. The Los Angeles City hall was opened in 1928.
