| Description | Cigarette dispenser, THE ROLINX. made in the 1950's. Dispenser produces cigarettes from within when the roll top is pushed back. Designed by Maurice H Robin (1912-1982), of England’s post World War II pioneers of the injection molding industry. Robin invented an extruded plastic shutter made of links which works like the top of a roll top desk, from which his company Rolinx took it's name. The company still exists near Manchester, England. |
