| Description | Green cellulose acetate plastic with gold pigment detail. Two halves were solvent sealed and decorated using a gold pigment in appropriate solvent. This type of decoration was unusual at the time and according to Irvin Rubin, the tool designer, this vase was used as a sample to demonstrate to other molders what new effects could be achieved. |
